What to Confirm Before Booking

Vehicle & Condition

State whether the vehicle is a compact car, sedan, crossover, pickup truck, minivan, full-size SUV, or another body style. Mention pet hair, stains, mud, sand, spills, or heavy cargo-area use.

Location & Utilities

Confirm whether service is offered at a fixed location or as a mobile service. For mobile work, ask whether the customer must provide lawful parking, water, electricity, or weather shelter.

Results & Exclusions

Ask what is included, how long the work is expected to take, and which conditions are excluded. Detailing cleans surfaces; it does not provide mechanical repair, collision repair, paint replacement, or upholstery reconstruction.
