3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure easy access to the garden area.
• Remove valuable or fragile items before service begins.
• Provide accurate information about the condition of the garden.

4. Liability

We take care during all services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damages, unstable structures, or hazardous garden conditions. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Last-minute cancellations may incur a charge.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are due immediately after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed. We accept UPI, cash, card, and online transfers.

7. Use of Website
